Also known formerly as Fulya Art Center, the Süleyman Seba Cultural and Arts Center is affiliated with the Beşiktaş Municipality. Located at No:10 Hakkı Yeten Street in the Selenium Plaza complex in Dikilitaş Neighborhood, the hall opened in 2010 and was later named after Süleyman Seba, a former president of Beşiktaş Club. The hall, which seats about 630, hosts theater plays, concerts, and children's shows, and is also used for meetings and galas. The red upholstered seats are arranged on wooden risers in a single wide block split in two by a central staircase. Thanks to the tiered layout, the stage can be comfortably seen from the back rows as well. The wooden-floored stage with curtains is wide enough to accommodate a 100-piece orchestra. This size makes room for a wide range of productions, from large-cast concerts to children's musicals with many performers. The Dikilitaş entrance at Yıldız station on the M7 line is about 800 meters away, reachable on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. Since Fulya station (M7) and Osmanbey station (M2) are more than 1 kilometer away, visitors arriving from these stops will need a short connection by taxi or bus. The center has a cafeteria and a paid indoor parking lot.
