How do I get a refund on Biletico?

Biletico.com only provides the ticketing service for events; it is not the owner or organizer of the event. Therefore, unless there is a cancellation or change to the event, purchased tickets cannot be changed or refunded. Under Article 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts relating to entertainment or leisure events held on a specific date or period. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the ticket price is refunded; the service fee is not. It may take 3 to 21 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

If the event is cancelled, Biletico automatically refunds the ticket price and emails you; you don't need to do anything. The service fee is not refunded. It may take 3 to 21 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If the event date changes, your updated tickets arrive by email; if you can't attend the new date, email our support before the event to request a refund of the ticket price.

Can I transfer the tickets I bought to someone else?

If the QR code you have allows entry to the event venue, the ticket can be transferred to someone else. However, if the ticket shows a name, ID information or the phrase 'non-transferable', you need to contact the event organizer before transferring it.
