The service fee covers the ticketing service Biletico provides and is not refunded in any refund case, including cancellation or rescheduling of the event. The service fee does not constitute a guarantee regarding the content and conditions of the event or service. All responsibility regarding the scope, price, rules or manner of presentation of the ticket lies solely with the company organizing the event.

The User agrees to direct such claims directly to the relevant Company and not to hold Biletico liable in any way.
