İBB Şile Kültür Merkezi

Located on Atatürk Caddesi in the center of Şile, on the Black Sea coast, the İBB Şile Kültür Merkezi has a hall with approximately 475 seats. The hall hosts theater, children's plays, concerts and talks. The hall has two levels: the stalls and a balcony above. In the stalls, the central block of seats is separated from the side blocks by two staircases. Since the rows rise as they move away from the stage, the stage can be comfortably seen from the back seats as well. The stage floor is wooden and the curtain is red, and walls covered in wood and natural stone give the hall a warm atmosphere. With its wide stage and high ceiling, it offers a comfortable setting for large family groups. Şile Otogarı is about 700 metres away. Visitors arriving from Istanbul by road can reach the center by walking from the bus terminal or with a short taxi ride. In front of the building there is a large courtyard paved with stone, where large groups can gather comfortably at the entrance. Those coming by car can reach the building via Atatürk Caddesi.
